You must not share your account with any other person or allow third parties to use your account on your behalf. rabet will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your login details secure. Members use the platform at their own risk, and rabet's total liability to any member in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the relevant transaction period. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under Philippine law. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
